Graham recounts his journey
The Cedar Foundation recently attended the Healthy Working Lives event in Belfast organised by Business in the Community. The event focused on Cancer and long term illnesses, with exciting workshops, exhibitors from many support organisations and engaging keynote speakers.
Graham Hill, who receives support from Cedar’s Workable (NI) programme, featured in the event as a keynote speaker. Graham had full attention from the 130 delegates in the room as he told his amazing and emotional journey. Graham explained how he had been diagnosed with a brain tumour, the medical treatment and complications he faced, and finally how he started his reintegration to return to his job as a Mechanical Engineer with Schlumberger.
