The SES partnership is pleased to announce that we have secured a contract to deliver the Workable (NI) programme in Northern Ireland until 2021.
Workable (NI) is a supported employment programme aimed at helping people with disabilities and health conditions to keep jobs where there is a significant risk of unemployment due to disability; or to gain a job and support their integration into a new workplace.
From 1 July 2016 we can support people who are working at least 10 hours per week and need support. The support is individual to the client and can include reasonable adjustments, counselling, mentoring, advocacy and training to name but a few.
The SES partnership also help employers throughout Northern Ireland who currently have employees and would like some help to support them complete their job to the highest standard.
